I am honored to be speaking on cultivating moontime care rituals and boundaries as birthkeepers, informed by my Indigenous worldview. My talk will be from 3-4:30 pm!

Period Positivity Circle

Join us for a day of empowerment, education, and celebration as we break the stigma around periods, honor this life transition, and work together to end period poverty in Seattle.

This trauma-informed, volunteer-led event centers Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), low-income and underrepresented families in the Seattle area.

Featuring:

  • Menstrual health & puberty education

  • Trauma support & mental health resources

  • Free period products, underwear & clothes

  • Beauty & self-love stations (flower-crowns, press on nails, bracelet making and more!)

  • Parent/caregiver support & affirming community care
