“Ále is the reason I didn’t end up with a c-section. I went into labor with a birth plan, but once you’re actually in it, following that plan becomes almost impossible. Labor does something to your brain—you’re exhausted, vulnerable, and very suggestive. “I knew Ále was the perfect doula for me the second I found her website! I could tell she poured her heart and soul into her business, her purpose, her mission & her intentions with her clients!
