    Whether you have a difficult relationship with your monthly bleed, are supporting young people as they begin their menstrual journeys, or are simply looking for deeper ways to connect with your cycle, I am here to listen and help guide.

    This consultation is a one-hour virtual visit to discuss where you are currently at, your needs, and developing a care plan.

  • Moonthly Herbal Care

    Customized monthly herbal care to support you and your womb throughout the month.

    Available for local pick up, mail, or delivery.

    One-time Package: $44.00

  • Moontime Workshops

    I am passionate about reclaiming our sacred magic that is our moontime. I offer various workshops, including

    “Cultivating Moontime Rituals and Boundaries (From a Native Mesoamerican Worldview)”.

    I also offer moontime education workshops for pre-teen and teenage girls/youth.
